Gardiner W. Garrard III, CFACo-Founder and Managing Partner, TTV Capital
Gardiner is a co-founder and managing partner of TTV Capital. He has more than ten years of venture capital experience. Gardiner has served on the board of 12 TTV fund companies and, in 2003, he became the interim CEO of a portfolio company, stabilizing operations and securing a merger that allowed the investors to see a positive return on investment. Prior to starting TTV, Gardiner worked for Shoptaw-James where he originated permanent financing from lenders for commercial and office real estate developers, including life insurance companies, banks and mortgage backed securities firms.


Mark A. JohnsonPartner, TTV Capital
Mark joined TTV as a partner in 2008. He is the former vice chairman of CheckFree. His responsibilities included overseeing mergers and acquisitions, evaluating strategic growth opportunities for the company, developing strategic corporate relationships and supporting long-term business strategies.


Said MohammadiounManaging Partner, TechOperators
Said Mohammadioun is the Managing Partner at TechOperators.  Prior to launching TechOperators, Said was CEO and Chairman of Synchrologic, Inc. for 7 years leading its growth and successful sale to Intellisync and subsequently to Nokia in 2006. Synchrologic provided wireless email service to wireless carriers such as Verizon Wireless. The company also sold a suite of other mobile applications and middleware to enterprise customers.


Joe MaxwellChairman and Chief Executive Officer, CapControls, LLC
Joe serves as Chairman and CEO of CapControls. He is the founder (1995) and former Chairman and CEO of Investment Scorecard, Inc. (sold to Informa Plc., April 2007). Joe is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and serves as a member of CapControls, Beacon Technologies, Independence Trust Company, Interactive Advisory Software, and Mobular Technologies Boards of Directors. Joe earned a B.A. from Denison University and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
