The IAS Sales Executive is responsible for developing your territory, understanding your customers, building your business with successful, evangelistic clients. This position requires, a consultative selling style, domain expertise, ability to present our compelling story and value proposition to our prospective clients. The Sales Executive will be expected to follow up on sales leads, work closely with marketing to develop and manage your pipeline, qualify opportunities, present our solution, close business and accurately forecast sales for the month and quarter.

Sales and Lead Generation

  • Develop prospects via phone, personal meetings, email and web conferencing, Identifying key decision makers, understanding client business issues.
  • Develop and grow relationships with key partners.
  • Work closely with partner sales team to jointly grow client wins and revenue
  • Develop business and account plans as well as sales strategies
  • Maintain updated account and opportunity information in sales automation tools

Skills

Inside Sales

Reports to: SVP Sales & Marketing

Overview

The IAS Inside Sales Rep is responsible for developing his/ her territory, understanding your customers, building your business with successful, evangelistic clients. This position requires, a consultative selling style, domain expertise, ability to present our compelling story and value proposition to our prospective clients. The Inside Sales Sales Rep will be expected to follow up on sales leads, work closely with marketing to develop and manage your pipeline, qualify opportunities, present our solution, close business and accurately forecast sales for the month and quarter.

Primary Role

Making outbound telephone calls, e-mails and web presentations, in order to nurture and close sales leads, and in the process, meet or exceed sales quotas

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track a high volume of telephone and e-mail prospects
  • Nurture prospects from interest to close as quickly as possible
  • Educate customers about the IAS product and services
  • Qualify prospects
  • Achieve sales quotas
  • Follow sales process and update customer relationship management (CRM) system to track sales progress

Prior Experience

  • Three-plus years experience selling software as a service (SaaS) solutions or software over the telephone

Software Developer

Overview

This position requires a high-energy, motivated, entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a dynamic small team development environment. This position will report directly to the Vice President, Application of a growing Software company. The IAS J2EE application uses a variety of technologies including Java, Javascript, AJAX, HTML, GWT, JReports and Web services. This position is eligible for medical, dental, 401(k) and long-term disability benefits.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design, coding, testing of new modules and defect correction
  • Enhancement implementation of existing modules

Other development-related projects, including documentation, maintenance and internal support.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must have Java/JDK, object-oriented program and design experience
  • Prefer HTML, Javascript, SQL, web services experience
  • Object-oriented programming/design/thought processing, JDK, HTML, Javascript
  • Strong in-depth analytical and problem solving skills

The ideal candidate is not afraid to suggest process or design improvements, while working independently with an eye toward both efficiency and completeness.

Tier 1 Client Support Specialist

Overview

One of the most important tasks of the IAS Client Services Organization is to provide high-quality access to knowledgeable resources and timely resolutions to our clients’ issues. The Tier 1 Client Support Specialist will serve as the focal point for all initial client contact received by the firm. The Tier 1 Specialist’s tasks will be to log and quickly resolve reported issues or transfer issues to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution. This position will report to the Director of Client Support of a growing software company. This position is eligible for medical, dental, 401(k) and long-term disability benefits.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Serve as an initial point of contact for all client inquiries and correspondence related to the use of the system, training requests, billing inquiries and component setup
  • Direct clients to the appropriate training and/or reference materials to resolve questions related to proper system functionality and usage
  • Help maintain the quality and consistency of all training and reference materials
  • Escalate reported issues to other departments or work groups based on the area of focus
  • Provide updates to clients with regard to issues that have been submitted to the organization
  • Become a generalist with regard to the Solution 360° software application and the general body of knowledge from the financial planning industry, in which the software has been developed
  • Perform tasks related to system maintenance and client correspondence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (degree in finance or accounting preferred)
  • Previous work as a financial planner, paraplanner or income tax preparer preferred
  • Attainment of, or significant progress toward the attainment of, any of the following financial planning designations a plus:
  • ­Chartered Financial Consultant— ChFC
  • ­Chartered Life Underwriter— CLU
  • ­Certified Financial Planner— CFP
  • ­Certificate in Investment Performance Management— CIPM
  • ­Chartered Financial Analyst— CFA
