Interactive Advisory Services Announces Rebranding to Reflect Evolution of Company and Software Suite

Marietta, GA, August 11, 2010 – Interactive Advisory Software, formerly IAS, today unveiled its new name, corporate logo, tagline and website to better reflect the evolution of its unified wealth management platform into the leading software solution for independent financial advisors and broker/dealers.

The linchpin of the company’s rebranding, the decision to use its full name rather than the acronym IAS, is intended to underscore the unprecedented interactivity the company’s seamlessly integrated suite of software tools fosters between advisor and client.

Originating with Interactive’s policy of intently listening to the needs of its clients, a series of product enhancements has been implemented since the start of 2009. The upgrades were designed to achieve even greater improvements in operating efficiency, further simplify the management of clients’ assets and boost advisors’ profitability. In addition, the company unveiled its new logo depicting its full name and using arrow graphics and a two-color treatment to visually convey the interaction between parties. The brighter green and gray color treatment, coupled with a more modern typeface, reinforces the bold, forward-looking vision.

Lastly, the company introduced its newly redesigned website, adding numerous features that make it more user-friendly and interactive, including news and Twitter feeds to keep users informed about goings on at the company.
